Flavor
Hints of vegetation, a balsamic flavor, a creamy texture, and a deep amber color. Sourced from the Axarquía region of Málaga, where avocado trees give this honey its unique character.

Origin and Production
Our beehives are located among the avocado trees of the Axarquía region in Málaga, where the bees collect the nectar that gives rise to this variety.
Traceability is guaranteed from the hive to the jar through analytical testing. With a moisture content of less than 18% and high diastatic activity, each batch meets rigorous quality standards.
The honey is processed and bottled cold through natural settling, without filtering, thereby preserving the pollen, enzymes, and other natural compounds produced by the bees.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Do not refrigerate.
Since this is raw honey, it may naturally crystallize over time. This process is a sign of authenticity and quality, and it does not alter its properties or nutritional characteristics.
If you wish to restore a smoother texture, gently heat it in a double boiler, avoiding temperatures above 40 °C, to preserve its natural properties.
