100% natural raw honey, with no additives. The Sensorial collection is inspired by landscapes, aromas and emotions held in our memory. Ystan Sensorial Wildflower Honey comes in a 500 g jar, an ideal size for enjoying at the table.
Flavour
Notes of thyme and lavender, a harmonious flavour, a creamy texture and a deep amber colour. Sourced from the Serranía de Ronda in Málaga, where the flowering fields give this honey its distinctive character.
Aromatic Essence
“Siesta Among Lavender Fields”, a fragrance created for Ystan Miel by perfumer Ricardo Masachis, with notes of lavender, thyme, freshly cut grass, honey, fig, lemon and rosemary. The awakening of memory.
Origin and Production
Our hives are located among the flowering fields of the Serranía de Ronda, where the bees gather the nectar that gives rise to this variety.
Traceability is guaranteed from hive to jar through analytical controls. With a moisture content below 18% and high diastase activity, every batch meets rigorous quality standards.
The honey is handled and cold-packed using natural settling, without filtration, preserving the pollen, enzymes and other natural compounds resulting from the bees’ work.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Do not refrigerate.
As this is raw honey, it may crystallise naturally over time. This process is a sign of authenticity and quality and does not alter its properties or nutritional characteristics.
To restore a more fluid texture, warm it gently in a bain-marie, avoiding temperatures above 40°C to preserve its natural properties.
